Jo Miryoung bought the land over a decade ago and built the stunning house in order to help her (now deceased) mother's health by being close to nature. The house has a healing effect, being surrounded by lush greenery which creates a calm hideaway that is world’s away from everyday life. With its tall ceilings, exposed wooden beams and pastel green interiors, it provides a relaxed and hospitable ambiance. To keep herself entertained, she likes to cook, listen to pansori traditional music, potter around the house, and collect beautiful tableware.
