Comedians Kim Sook (김숙), Lee Youngja (이영자), Song Euni (송은이) and actress Choi Hwajung (최화정) who are known for being foodies in the local entertainment scene, appear in "Food Bless You" (밥블레스유) where they sample endless amounts of food while consoling viewers by listening to their concerns and then recommending food that can heal their souls. Kim Sook explains that the format of the show came about as a result of the social media photo she posted in October 2017 after a gluttonous eating session. "Once, we went to a buffet restaurant and ate for four hours. After eating, we took a picture together. In the photo, we looked so happy", she recalls. Song Euni, who is the CEO of Contents Lab Vivo (컨텐츠랩비보), a production company that creates internet-based contents and Kim Sook who is the contents director, invites the other cast members Lee Youngja and Choi Hwajung to their office building based in Sangam-dong, Seoul for a rooftop food therapy dinner. The interior of the quirky two storey house which was converted into an office premise was designed by Kim Sook and features enclosed meeting rooms to ensure privacy for their upcoming projects whilst the bathrooms are open spaced with no doors.
